2000年 立命館大学大学院理工学研究科修了
同年 株式会社大京入社 分譲マンションの用地取得、開発から販売に至るまで一連の業務に従事。
2005年 伊藤忠都市開発株式会社入社 2023年7月の退職に至るまで、主にアクイジションに従事し、住宅を中心にホテル、物流施設など20件以上の事業用地の買収と10件以上のPM（開発）業務を行い、数多くの企業とJVを組成。
また、エリアは首都圏、関西圏だけでなく全国主要都市にて事業を経験。
2000: Graduated from Ritsumeikan University with the Master Program of Science and Engineering.
Same Year: Joined Daikyo Inc., engaging in a full range of operations from land acquisition and development to the sale of condominium.
2005: Joined ITOCHU Property Development,LTD. Until leaving the company in July 2023, primarily worked in acquisitions and purchased over 20 commercial lands including residentials, hotels and logistics.
Additionally, arranging various development project management and joint ventures with Japanese developers.

伊藤忠商事にて国内賃貸マンションの土地仕込み・開発、海外事業として中国をメインにアジアの不動産投資・開発事業、不動産コンサルティング、M&A等、これまでに11年以上の不動産業務の経験を有する。

2024:Graduated from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) with an MBA.
At Itochu Corporation, he was engaged in land acquisition and development for urban rental apartments, as well as overseas real estate investment and development projects, primarily in China and across Asia. His responsibilities also included real estate consulting, M&A, and other related activities. He has over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry.
